There is a new video available to watch called Creative Movement. It is and Art project of Waldo's and has also been posted on www.urbanfreeflow.com. It is our longest video yet and also the first to contain any footage of Alex and Jackson Turner. Where very happy with it so enjoy.

I plan to start a video magazine to be ongoing from now on containing 'Somersault Progression'  (a section following the proggression of mine and waldo's flips), any other relevant steps forward made in our parkour and a genral update on wats going on with the Caldo team. The first of wich is available now if u click the picture. 

Now that i have my new camera shooting for the big project should now be well underway but the weather of late has been a tad permmiting. Not to worry though this has given me plenty of time to come up with some amazing ideas.
